Coaches

All NCP coaches are background cleared & safety certified under the Amatuer Athletic Union's PCA course. Our coaches are dedicated to providing the fundamentals, motivation, and teamwork needed to compete at high levels within both local and state-ranked tournaments.

Additionally, each coaching staff is assisted by team managers skilled in running the vital back-end operations such as financial bookkeeping, game and practice scheduling, fundraising, and parent communications.
